We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at naturalhairandwig@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 1. Returns Eligibility

     To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including tags and hygiene seals (if applicable).
  • You must notify us before 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened hair products, wigs, or extensions unless the item is defective.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made wigs like (200% – 250% )density or specially ordered wigs, clip in hair extensions, toupees, women’s toppers and synthetic wigs
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been altered, dyed, washed, or worn
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or care by the customer.
  • If the video image is sent to the customer before taking the product and likes the product after watching the video, it is non refundable only exchange.

3.Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,        and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by Natural Hair and Wigs.

 5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

 8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@naturalhairandwigs.ae to request a cancellation.
  • Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
